This week our challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs is

Dry Embossing
Cheery Lynn Designs has a fabulous collection of XL Embossing Plates, A2 Embossing Plates and Grunge Plates

Here are the rules:
  • You MUST follow the theme and use at least one Cheery Lynn Designs die, of course, we would love to see more than one.
  • You MUST add a link to your blog post in the InLinkz at the end of this post; no back posting, only new projects are allowed
  • You MUST link to our blog in your post
The winner will be chosen based on merit by Cheery Lynn Designs.  They will receive a $20 coupon for shopping at the Cheery Lynn website.  The challenge will end on Sunday night at 22:00 Eastern time.

In addition, we have a guest sponsor this week, CutCardStock.com, they are offering a $30 shopping spree to a random winner.

"CutCardStock.com where you can buy cardstock for any project with endless color options, cutting and scoring services, and much more. This is the place where creativity and affordability merge.  Here, we offer specialty cardstock that is ideal for Scrapbooking, Card Making, Gift Tags, DIY Invitations and Announcements.  This list is but the tip of the iceberg; the options are endless. By providing high quality (affordable, but not cheap) cardstock in a vast array of colors, finishes—including metallic, and making personalized paper cutting and scoring available, we can be your go-to resource for the materials you need. Need12x12 cardstock, bulk quantities? We can help you there, too."

If you have been following our blog, you know that I love their text weight metallic paper for use with the new Cuties and Rose dies.  But their matching metallic cardstock is perfect for your card base and embossed backgrounds.  Here is some inspiration using both text weight metallic and card stock metallic paper.

Be sure to click on the pictures for a closer look at the embossing on the Curious Cryogen white card stock.
Remember, your MUST use a Cheery Lynn Designs die to enter this challenge.
